      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for Investigators and Study Teams, facilitating the submission and review of required study documents
      - Triage initial study intake submissions via ServiceNow, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of required documents
      - Conduct preliminary reviews of study intake submissions to confirm the presence and accuracy of all essential documentation
      - Manage and triage incoming support requests via ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution of technical and general inquiries
      - Submit and track service requests with external vendors, ensuring timely updates and successful delivery of requested builds or enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field
      - 2-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams
      - Proficiency in document management and workflow coordination

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred
      - Experience in administrative support, research coordination, healthcare, or a related field
      - Familiarity with service management or ticketing systems
      - Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of workload
      - Problem-solving skills leveraging available information and expertise
