What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all clinical operational and quality aspects of allocated studies
- Develop clinical tools in conjunction with the Data Quality Plan
- Ensure timely set up and organization of Trial Master File
- Collaborate with project manager for client meetings and bid defense
- Implement and train standardized clinical monitoring processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field
- Oncology experience and vendor management skills
- Previous Clinical Team Manager experience (comparable to 8+ years)
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- In-depth understanding of clinical monitoring practices and regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in CRO management
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
