      Job Requirements:

      Exciting Opportunity: Clinical Studies Specialist in Animal Drug Development

      Are you a dedicated veterinary professional with a passion for advancing animal health? We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Studies Specialist to join our innovative team. This role focuses on planning, executing, and reporting clinical studies for animal drug development, contributing to groundbreaking advancements in veterinary medicine.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Clinical Study Execution:

      • Lead clinical studies from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to veterinary GDP, GLP, and GCP regulations.
      • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define study roles, select subcontractors, and manage quality control.
      • Author study protocols, regulatory documents, and final reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations and ethical standards.
      • Analyze study data to ensure accuracy and prepare for final submission.

      Cross-Functional Collaboration:

      • Engage in project development meetings, contributing clinical insights to ensure project milestones are met.
      • Work closely with R&D, marketing, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to align clinical activities with broader business objectives.
      • Support Quality Assurance reviews to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.

      Clinical Team Leadership:

      • Representing the clinical function in corporate R&D project teams, providing expertise to shape development plans.
      • Lead technical discussions, address challenges, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
      • Participate in industry groups, contributing to the advancement of veterinary clinical practices.

      What You Bring:

      • DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary training with 5+ years of clinical experience and 3+ years in the regulated pharmaceutical animal health industry.
      • Strong knowledge of GCP, GLP, and regulatory frameworks, with experience in VICH/ICH GCP studies.
      • Excellent scientific writing skills and proficiency in electronic data capture systems.
      • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative and adaptable approach.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Project management training or certification.
      • Texas Veterinary Licensure.
      • Experience in parasitology products and clinical studies.

      Location:

      • Dallas, TX; Saint Louis, MO; or Remote, United States.

      Compensation:

      • Salary up to $175k annually
