- Lead clinical studies from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to veterinary GDP, GLP, and GCP regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define study roles, select subcontractors, and manage quality control.
- Author study protocols, regulatory documents, and final reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations and ethical standards.
- Analyze study data to ensure accuracy and prepare for final submission.
- Engage in project development meetings, contributing clinical insights to ensure project milestones are met.
- Work closely with R&D, marketing, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams to align clinical activities with broader business objectives.
- Support Quality Assurance reviews to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Representing the clinical function in corporate R&D project teams, providing expertise to shape development plans.
- Lead technical discussions, address challenges, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Participate in industry groups, contributing to the advancement of veterinary clinical practices.
- DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary training with 5+ years of clinical experience and 3+ years in the regulated pharmaceutical animal health industry.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, GLP, and regulatory frameworks, with experience in VICH/ICH GCP studies.
- Excellent scientific writing skills and proficiency in electronic data capture systems.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
- Project management training or certification.
- Texas Veterinary Licensure.
- Experience in parasitology products and clinical studies.
- Dallas, TX; Saint Louis, MO; or Remote, United States.
- Salary up to $175k annually
