What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently prepare, create, and innovate clinical content and training materials in collaboration with various teams
- Review and create content evaluations, gather feedback, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Deliver educational materials across various formats including virtual/live classrooms and self-paced modules
- Train and develop Education/Trainer teammates in presenting created content
- Serve as a mentor and coach to other education/trainer teammates

What is Required (Qualifications):
- RN license in the state of practice
- Associate’s degree in nursing required
- Minimum of 3 years of recent nephrology nursing experience in In-Center dialysis
- Prior experience in training through multiple mediums (live, web-based, self-directed)
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in nursing
- Experience writing educational trainings/materials and presentations
- Additional experience in adult and pediatric care for hospital-based treatments
- Certified Nephrology Certification
- Experience in nursing education
