What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and manage the complete onboarding process for new providers, ensuring timely completion of all steps
- Facilitate the credentialing and privileging process, including gathering and verifying necessary documents
- Serve as the primary point of contact for providers during their onboarding process, addressing questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities and ensure compliance with internal policies
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to prepare new hires for a seamless transition into their roles

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience with provider onboarding processes (licensing, credentialing, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
