- Secondary school graduation or equivalent (GED).
- Three (3) years recent, related experience providing support, referral, or escalation support; OR
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
- Contact center and/or customer relations experience.
- Experience in the health sector.
- Quality Assurance /Quality Management experience.
- Must be willing to work specific types of shifts, shift patterns, or shift lengths that may range from 7-10 hours.
- Must be willing to work shifts that may include days, evenings, and weekends.

Providing support to patients before, between, and after in-person community services to best support the patient in the optimization of their health; and supports health care providers in their aim to achieve the highest clinical outcome for their patients. This position will provide support to users of the various registries within Health Link BC, including troubleshooting issues and answering questions. This position will use their subject matter expertise to participate in quality assurance activities for the registries and the 8-1-1 contact center and will provide relief support to the Health Services Navigators by providing tele-health services to clients.

This position has full time on-site requirements.
