Review loan file and system to ensure they were accurately captured by production team
Fill out Master Promissory Note Grid when necessary
Update SalesForce as necessary with each step of Loan Closing
Facilitate the completion of Account File Checklist and L3 Checklist
Request and Follow-up on Post Funding Requirements to maintain an acceptable loan cycle time
Review Policy Summaries received from Life Insurance Carriers
Prepare overpayment disbursements
Manage Incremental Fundings during the 1st loan year
Adhere to Policies and Procedures
Achieve Key Performance Indicators within guidelines set by Department Leader
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Build solid relationships to ensure transparent feedback and successful partnerships
Provide “best in class” service
Ensure and own client satisfaction
Work closely with other customer facing team members and specialized team members
0-3 years of financial services or insurance industry experience, preferred
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
Knowledge of standard business practices and working in team environment
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills and work ethic
Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision

Position Overview:
The Closer will be responsible for funding approved credit applications within a specialized production team. The Closer will support loan funding through file closure of the loan process. The candidate must have the ability to build solid relationships, both internal and external, and create successful partnerships. Must excel in a high-pressure environment and be able to take on diverse responsibilities. This position is 100% remote. Regardless of your location, the hours are 9am - 5pm EST.
