What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage loan closing processes by coordinating with brokers, lenders, and legal professionals
- Collect and review all necessary closing documentation to ensure compliance with requirements
- Maintain organized file management and prepare closing checklists for each loan
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to update on loan status and address pending items
- Oversee funding logistics and ensure timely closing and post-closing follow-ups

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree or 4 years of equivalent work experience in a commercial real estate loan closing position
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial real estate loan closing role
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of escrow, title, and lender due diligence processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with LaserPro and SBA 504 1st Trust Deed Lending
- Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment in complex situations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
