      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and maintain closing packages for home buyers
      - Communicate with lenders, title companies, sales teams, and home buyers to ensure timely closings
      - Review and file closing paperwork and contracts
      - Coordinate closing appointments with mortgage and title companies and notify home buyers
      - Update stages of completion and actual closing dates in the Homebuilders software system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
      - Three to six months of related experience and/or training
      - Strong organizational and follow-through skills
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency with MS Office and email

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One-year certificate from college or technical school is a plus
      - Experience with JD Edwards is a plus
