What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage various documents and files throughout the settlement process
- Add fees and charges to build Closing Disclosures and Closing Statements for real estate settlements
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders to balance borrowers' Closing Disclosures and obtain necessary loan documents
- Ensure loan documents are prepared correctly to match title documents
- Balance files internally to ensure all incoming and outgoing funds match accurately

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 to 3 years of title insurance experience, particularly in building Closing Disclosures and Closing Statements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with numbers and troubleshooting to balance financials
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a constantly changing environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HUD-1 Settlement Statements
- A positive, "can-do" attitude
- Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability for new programs
