      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet revenue generation targets on assigned accounts within the region on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis
      - Drive product utilization by cultivating new physician users and re-engaging lost customers
      - Conduct in-services and presentations to healthcare staff, including physicians and nurses
      - Track sales and support activities as directed by the National Director
      - Maintain ethical standards and comply with all company policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
      - 2+ years of experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical field or related area
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
      - Proficiency with PC-based office computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Ability to travel regionally with a 50% travel expectancy

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Clinical background with strong sales skills and a proven track record
      - Experience in high-pressure environments such as Cardiac Catheterization Labs (CCL) or Electrophysiology (EP)
      - Excellent reading, verbal, and written communication skills with attention to detail
