What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet revenue generation targets on assigned accounts within the region on a quarterly, semi-annual, and/or annual basis
- Drive product utilization in existing accounts by cultivating new physician users and re-engaging lost customers
- Conduct in-services and presentations to various healthcare staff, including physicians and nurses
- Proactively communicate daily with territory team members and provide updates on competitive, clinical, and customer situations
- Complete necessary training and manage product complaints while maintaining ethical standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in PC-based office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel regionally within the assigned geography, with 50% travel expectancy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical background with strong sales skills and a proven track record
- Experience as a Cath lab technician, nurse, or in a related medical field
- Keen self-awareness and ability to work in high-pressure environments
