SWK Technologies is dedicated to providing exceptional cloud solutions that enable businesses to enhance efficiency and security in their operations. We are seeking a Cloud Hosting Specialist to join our innovative team and contribute to delighting our clients.

In this role, the Cloud Hosting Specialist is a hybrid NOC/Helpdesk role that focuses efforts on maintaining and supporting our hosting environment. As a hosting specialist, you will monitor and work on issues with mission critical infrastructure, provision and decommission virtual systems, and act as an escalation point for issues escalated from our general helpdesk.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Virtualization, Hyper-V Failover Cluster, Active Directory, Windows Server, Backup Appliances, Antivirus, general security best practices, and Microsoft 365 are preferred.
• Any additional knowledge of networking, firewalls, Microsoft System Center, is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT or technical industry, preferably working for a managed services or cloud provider, with a keen understanding of the business model and best practices.

Salary: $70,000-$80,000
