What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee provisioning of new customers, add-ons, and migrations to ensure timely completion
- Ensure service requests and incidents are documented and resolved within defined SLOs/SLAs
- Monitor cloud environments, acting on alerts/events and ensuring optimal system performance
- Recruit, lead, and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Contribute to ITSM practices and drive continuous improvement across service delivery processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field
- Azure Administrator Associate (Az-104 preferred) or equivalent certification
- 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, Infrastructure, Service Desk, or Networking
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within IT operations
- Hands-on technical expertise with one or more cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working for a cloud service provider (CSP) or managed service provider (MSP)
- Intermediate knowledge of application architecture and design
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and automation using scripting languages
- Experience with corporate performance management tools such as SAP or Oracle Hyperion
- Knowledge of network and application security device management
