What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate and execute innovative sales strategies to position the employer as a leader in the water works industry
- Conduct live demonstrations and educational sessions to showcase products and generate demand
- Build and maintain relationships through regular face-to-face meetings and distributor visits
- Analyze market intelligence and pricing levels to inform strategic decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ten (10) years of face-to-face sales experience in the waterworks or equivalent industry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective public speaking skills for large group presentations
- Ability to lift heavy objects above head with minimal assistance

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
- Five years of sales experience in a relevant field
- Knowledge of mobile devices and basic assembly tools
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
