      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage the comprehensive Club Channel strategy, focusing on P&L management and trade investment optimization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
      - 10+ years of progressive sales experience within the CPG industry
      - Minimum of 3+ years of people management experience
      - Strong background in SKU development, project management, and understanding of Club Channel ROI dynamics
      - Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
