      Job Description: As a CNC Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of CNC machined parts and components. Your role will involve using precision measuring tools and equipment to ensure that all products meet the required specifications and standards.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Perform detailed inspections of CNC machined parts using various measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
      • Verify dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes according to engineering drawings and specifications.
      • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
      • Identify and report any non-conformities or defects.
      • Collaborate with CNC operators and engineers to resolve quality issues.
      • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
      • Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
      • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

      Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining or quality inspection preferred.
      • Proven experience as a CNC Quality Inspector or similar role.
      • Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and equipment.
      • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
      • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Good communication skills.

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
