- Program CNC turret punch presses and fiber optic lasers to meet production objectives.
- Optimize machine schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation for CNC programs.
- Monitor and analyze performance data for turret punch presses and lasers, providing actionable insights to management.
- Drive improvements in material utilization and reduce scrap rates.
- Assist in managing steel sheet inventory to ensure seamless production.
- Audit work order details for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Track labor hours to refine routing estimates and improve cost tracking.
- Evaluate and improve engineering process documentation, work instructions, and procedures, including part drawings and DXF files, to enhance production workflows.
- Distribute updated engineering documentation across relevant departments.
- Uphold all Quality and Environmental Management System policies and standards.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and business objectives.
- 2–5 years of experience in CNC programming, with demonstrated expertise in production environments.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor software and CNC programming for turret punch presses and fiber optic lasers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and experience operating a turret press.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precision in all tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively convey technical information.
- Working between design engineers and production, transferring CAD files for programming.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
