    • Train and encourage student leaders
    • Advise student government particularly in the organization of Homecoming events, pepfests,dances, community outreach and service projects
    • Coordinate the appropriate expression of student voice in the school
    • Work with administration to increase student voice in areas such as: school climate, rules/policies, coordination of student activities, student leadership team
    • Meet with student council executive board
    • Meet with the entire student council
    • Attend student council sponsored events
    • Meet monthly with the student leadership team
    • Advocate for student voice within the school and community
    • Strong interpersonal skills in working with and developing student leaders
    • Networking skills within the school and in the community
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Good Communication skills
    • Respect/recognition of youth needs
    • Ability to create and implement action plans
    • Creativity and “out of the box” thinking
    • Experience working with high school students on student organizaions preferred

      Position Dates: 09/02/2025 - 06/04/2026
      Salary: Salary based on CEA Master Agreement

      Duties:
      • Train and encourage student leaders
