What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Less than 2 years of experience in an outbound call center or related sales position
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retention in a senior representative or coaching role
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com for accurate reporting and activity tracking
- Superior communication skills with a positive tone and clarity
