      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain familiarity with community resilience efforts in Washington State and address project needs
      - Serve as the Technical Assistance Coordinator for Resilience Challenge projects, acting as the main point of contact
      - Provide technical assistance directly to Resilience Challenge partners and project communities
      - Assist with developing training and learning products while communicating NOAA resources to partners
      - Coordinate tasks and activities with other staff supporting the Resilience Challenge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
      - Close familiarity with community resilience efforts in Washington
      - Understanding of local geography, context, cultures, challenges, and coastal issues relevant to Washington
      - Experience managing NOAA cooperative agreements and understanding of grant management procedures
      - Demonstrated ability to build relationships with management, colleagues, and external partners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with vulnerability assessment, hazard and climate adaptation, or resilience strategies
      - Connections and collaborations with other NOAA line offices or government agencies
      - Experience across levels of government and/or sectors (multidisciplinary)
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Enthusiasm and empathy
