      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain familiarity with the Resilience Challenge's community resilience efforts in California and the West Coast to understand project needs
      - Act as the Technical Assistance Coordinator for the Resilience Challenge project, tracking needs and communicating with various stakeholders
      - Provide technical assistance directly to Resilience Challenge partners and project communities
      - Facilitate meetings, workshops, and events with project partners to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing
      - Perform grant management and administration responsibilities in coordination with federal staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in a related field
      - Close familiarity with the Resilience Challenge's community resilience efforts in California and the West Coast
      - Experience managing NOAA cooperative agreements and following related documentation
      - Experience delivering OCM's nature-based solutions training course
      - Ability to pass a National Agency Check (NACI)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree with 9+ years of experience
      - Experience with vulnerability assessment, hazard and climate adaptation, or resilience strategies
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Connections and collaborations with other NOAA line offices or government agencies
      - Enthusiasm and empathy in working with diverse stakeholders
