What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide professional and timely service to internal and external customers
- Process qualifying events, participant terminations, and updates
- Resolve COBRA administration service issues with internal staff and outside vendors
- Advise COBRA participants on regulatory requirements regarding grace periods and processes
- Participate in Open Enrollment planning and implementation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- 1-2 years of related experience and/or training
- Must have knowledge of COBRA and federal regulations
- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office and HRIS
- Exceptional customer service experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual, Spanish preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
