What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Obtain medical record documentation from partner facilities through EMR systems and communication methods
- Run detailed reports from charge capture/coding platforms for KPI monitoring
- Perform data entry and maintain tracking in Excel
- Communicate daily assignments with vendors and assist with maintenance of team playbooks
- Monitor and track clinician responses to documentation deficiencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- CPC-A, or CPC with limited experience in anesthesia, or RHIT eligible
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Basic understanding of documentation guidelines and minimal coding experience
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a medical records department or medical clerical experience
- Ability to self-motivate and initiate new projects when opportunities arise
- Strong communication skills with all levels of employees and vendors
- Experience in healthcare settings is a plus
