      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Code procedures in compliance with federal and state regulations as well as internal hospital policies
      - Coordinate with Department Managers and/or Practice Managers to ensure all necessary documentation supports selected procedure codes
      - Conduct audits to evaluate the accuracy of selected codes
      - Collaborate effectively with various personnel within the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. degree in Nursing, Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience (8-10 years)
      - Must possess a coding or nursing credential (RHIA, RHIT, CPC, CCS, RN) or have a financial background
      - Minimum of 1 year of hospital and/or physician practice coding experience
      - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in a hospital and/or physician practice setting
