What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for telehealth coding and billing guidelines, legal and regulatory issues, and payor policies
- Direct research and discovery processes to improve telehealth program implementation
- Educate stakeholders on telehealth coding practices and advocate for necessary policy changes
- Monitor progress and effectiveness of implemented changes in policies and processes
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in the delivery of services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirement
- Minimum of 7 years of billing and coding experience or equivalent in a similar healthcare domain
- Experience in medical billing and familiarity with inpatient or outpatient settings
- Proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated experience in change management
