What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for telehealth coding and billing guidelines, legal and regulatory issues, and payor policies
- Direct research and discovery processes to implement best practices for telehealth programs across multiple states
- Educate stakeholders and advocate for changes in policies and processes
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to telehealth billing standards
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of billing and coding experience or equivalent experience in a healthcare domain
- Experience in medical billing, specifically in inpatient or outpatient settings
- Proven track record in change management
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction
