      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide coding and coding auditing services directly to healthcare providers
      - Review and assign ICD-10-CM codes to accurately describe diagnoses and procedures
      - Monitor coding accuracy and maintain coding quality while tracking issues and inaccuracies
      - Communicate effectively with providers to clarify coding and documentation requirements
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address coding issues and improve processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
      - AAPC or AHIMA certified medical coder with a minimum of CPC credential and other relevant certifications
      - 3+ years of experience as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) with billing office experience
      - 1+ years of experience with Medicare, specialty, and outpatient coding
      - Intermediate level of Microsoft Office experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of experience in content management and development working with clinicians
      - 1+ years of training experience within an office setting
      - 1+ years of experience in revenue cycle management and denials analysis
      - 1+ years of EHR experience with Epic
