What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide training and consultation services to providers and office staff regarding coding and billing procedures
- Conduct educational seminars on accurate coding and billing practices
- Perform audits to assess coding, billing, and documentation accuracy
- Research and communicate coding policies and guidelines to staff and physicians
- Facilitate team efforts in delivering quality care and customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of coding experience with physician coding
- Certification in one or more current credentials: CPC, RHIT, or RHIA
- Extensive knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience performing physician coding audits, including E/M
- Strong commitment to customer service and effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage large volumes of work and quickly learn new information
- Strong organizational, quantitative, and analytical skills
