      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide training, audit, and consultation services to medical providers and staff regarding coding and billing practices
      - Develop and coordinate educational plans to ensure compliance with coding regulations
      - Conduct audits to assess coding, billing, and documentation accuracy, providing recommendations for improvement
      - Deliver educational seminars on coding and billing procedures to enhance staff knowledge
      - Research and communicate coding policies from government and private insurance carriers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in physician coding
      - Certification: One or more current credentials such as CPC, RHIT, or RHIA
      - Extensive knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience performing physician coding audits, including Evaluation and Management (E/M) coding
      - Strong commitment to customer service and effective interpersonal skills
      - Ability to manage large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in using computers for information retrieval and input
      - Strong organizational, quantitative, and analytical skills
