      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, develop, and assess training needs for the Customer Service organization
      - Design and implement curriculum for instructor-led and e-learning training formats
      - Conduct needs analysis and redesign training methods for core and product-specific training
      - Mentor Customer Service Training Specialists, Supervisors, Leads, and Coordinators
      - Collaborate with Customer Service leadership and Quality Assurance to improve consumer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field
      - 5 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing organization-wide learning curriculum
      - Certification from one of the following: CCS, COC, RHIT, RHIA, CDIP, or CCDS
      - Strong analytical skills to assess organizational training needs
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree or completion of business courses or trainings
      - 2 years of relevant experience in managed care and/or healthcare
      - Public speaking experience
