What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in developing training materials and providing training
- Plan and develop course or training program content, curriculum, pamphlets, and presentations
- Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity and coordination of services
- Participate in department, hospital, and system-wide committees as a member, consultant, or chair
- Ensure that services comply with state and federal regulations, organizational policies, and accreditation requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Certification from one of the following: CCS, Professional Coder, CPC-H, RHIT, RHIA, CDIP, or CCDS

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in quality improvement and research studies to design and evaluate practice processes
