What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and deploy multi-dimensional reports using the Cognos Analytics 11.x BI tool set
- Support Cognos users by troubleshooting report issues and enhancing reports as requested
- Utilize SQL and TM1 Tools to analyze source data and resolve reporting data issues
- Collaborate with business partners to gather report requirements and design reporting solutions
- Work closely with the Cognos BI team and Cognos Planning Analytics (TM1) team on large-scale projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of data warehouse and business intelligence concepts and best practices
- Proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries and familiarity with relational database concepts
- Experience with all Studios and Tools within Cognos Analytics 11.x series
- Familiarity with Cognos security administration and Planning Analytics/TM1
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a similar role within the business intelligence sector
- Familiarity with advanced analytics and data visualization techniques
- Knowledge of additional BI tools beyond Cognos Analytics
