What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Migrate existing Cognos reports to Power BI, ensuring alignment with original report aesthetics and functionality
- Implement data-level security mechanisms in Power BI reports as defined in existing Cognos reports
- Ensure seamless integration with databases and data warehouses for real-time data access
- Optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring fast load times
- Design a scalable Power BI environment to accommodate future growth and increased data volumes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Ability to be onsite in Richmond, VA
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Experience with Cognos Reporting and Transformer Cube
- Proficiency in Power BI Dashboarding

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with implementing role-based access controls in Power BI
- Experience with secure user authentication and authorization mechanisms
