      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively manage collection processes related to medical accounts receivable for multiple site locations
      - Research account balances and take necessary actions to resolve outstanding claims in a timely manner
      - Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
      - Identify billing errors and escalate issues to management as needed
      - Document detailed notes in the company software system and maintain compliance with regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred
      - 1-3 years of strong collections and appeals experience required
      - Previous Home Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy experience is highly preferred
      - Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
      - Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CPR+ systems
      - Excellent math and writing skills
      - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
      - Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve effectively
