What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and resolve medical accounts receivable balances in a timely manner
- Make routine collection calls on outstanding claims and follow up on correspondence requests
- Identify and address billing errors, short payments, and unpaid claims
- Document detailed notes in the company software system regarding account statuses
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers while ensuring compliance with regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of strong collections and appeals experience required
- Previous experience in home infusion and specialty pharmacy highly preferred
- Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook with excellent math and writing skills

- Experience with CPR+ systems
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to prioritize, problem solve, and multitask effectively
- Familiarity with claims submission and follow-up processes
