Job Description

- 3 weeks of paid training Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
- Schedule after training schedule is flexible. The office is open Monday - Thursday 8am-8pm, Friday 8am-5pm
- 2 night shifts required per week
- $18 an hour with Monthly Bonus Opportunity!!
- $19 an hour for bilingual

In this position, you will take inbound calls, place outbound calls, document a customer’s financial situation and assist with account resolution. We are very customer service focused, and don't use any harsh tactics or approaches. We are here to help the customer!
