What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure daily goals for cash collections and accounts receivable over 90 days are met
- Research outstanding balances and take necessary collection actions promptly
- Resubmit accurate claims using various formats, including CMS-1500 and electronic 837
- Negotiate payment plans with patients in line with company policies
- Communicate professionally with team members and third-party collection agencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; some college is a plus
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in medical collections with knowledge of insurance reimbursement
- Familiarity with automated billing systems; experience with CPR+ preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with home infusion therapy is a plus
- Ability to type 40 wpm and proficiency with a 10-key calculator
- Understanding of ICD-9, CPT, and HCPCS coding
