      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure daily goals are met for cash collections and accounts receivable over 90 days
      - Research outstanding balances and take necessary collection actions to resolve issues promptly
      - Negotiate payment plans with patients in accordance with company policies
      - Review insurance remittance advices for accuracy and resolve any billing discrepancies
      - Interact professionally with third-party collection agencies and internal employees

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; some college education is a plus
      - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in medical collections, with knowledge of managed care and insurance reimbursement
      - Working knowledge of automated billing systems; experience with CPR+ is preferred
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in home infusion therapy collections
      - Familiarity with metric measurements, basic accounting practices, and coding (ICD-9, CPT, HCPCS)
      - Ability to type 40 words per minute and proficiency with a 10-key calculator
