What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and resolve balances on accounts receivable to ensure timely payments
- Make routine collection calls on outstanding claims and address correspondence requests
- Identify billing errors, short payments, and unpaid claims, resolving issues accordingly
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including management, patients, and insurance carriers
- Write detailed appeals with supporting documentation and keep abreast of payor follow-up deadlines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred
- 1-3 years of strong collections experience required
- Previous home infusion and/or specialty pharmacy experience required
- Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
- Excellent math, writing, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CPR+ systems
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and multitask
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
