What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow standard operating procedures to reduce aging accounts receivable over 60 days
- Conduct outreach to customers via phone, email, and letters
- Handle sensitive information confidentially
- Document all activities and attempts to reduce balances
- Communicate with operations management, physicians, attorneys, and internal customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
- Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Critical thinking skills and basic understanding of medical and computer skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a medical billing or collections environment
- Familiarity with customer service best practices
- Strong organizational and data compilation skills
- Advanced knowledge in financial implications related to healthcare processes
