What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Influence and advise customers on payment options for debt recovery
- Execute strategies for collection processes and procedures, negotiating payment plans based on company guidelines
- Build positive rapport with customers over the phone to retain customer loyalty and initiate payment collection processes
- Initiate and handle inbound and outbound calls to collect debt
- Achieve revenue targets and call quality objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year call center or customer service experience
- Three years of collections experience at a high-volume call center preferred
- Critical thinking, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Background in a fast-paced work environment
