What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for collection efforts of facility-level accounts and resolving balance variances
- Provide customer service by explaining bills and following up on past-due accounts
- Identify at-risk accounts and communicate them to management
- Document collection efforts clearly and concisely
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve account balances in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School graduate, GED, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of one year of billing and/or collections experience
- Experience in third-party billing or collections in the healthcare industry
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Webex, and MS Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AS400 computer systems
- Medical billing and coding experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
