What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize established collections processes to inform students of upcoming and past due payments
- Perform contact attempts via telephone, mail, and email to collect outstanding account balances
- Track and achieve metrics for student payment plan collections and productivity
- Establish payment plan arrangements with students and maintain accurate records
- Analyze collection trends and report findings to management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of collections or business/accounting-related work experience
- Knowledge of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) is desired
- Clear and professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to utilize multiple systems

- Experience in an educational or nursing training environment
- Familiarity with student payment plans and financial aid processes
