What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Self-manage an assigned portfolio of accounts from start to finish, meeting performance targets and KPIs
- Conduct outbound and inbound collection calls to maintain delinquency and mitigate losses
- Maintain an average daily account-to-collector ratio of 120 accounts
- Provide consistent follow-up on delinquent accounts, detailing discussions and actions in the system of record
- Investigate and resolve complex issues related to loan servicing, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus
- Minimum of two years of collections and/or servicing experience, ideally in an installment loan, auto, or mortgage portfolio
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
