      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the collection of accounts receivable, including student accounts and military tuition assistance programs
      - Collaborate with students, advisors, and financial aid to pursue payment options for delinquent accounts
      - Analyze and allocate past-due student accounts and payments
      - Direct all aspects of third-party debt collections, including pre-collection and agency coordination
      - Monitor accounts receivable issues and implement improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in business administration, accounting, or a related field
      - Three years of accounts receivable experience
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proficient typing skills and use of Microsoft Office; strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      - Experience with Ellucian Colleague software
