What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist students via phone, in person, and email with questions regarding their accounts
- Provide efficient and positive customer service to students, faculty, and staff
- Manage the collections process, including notifying students and processing accounts for collection agencies
- Prepare Statements of Account for students and collection agencies as needed
- Maintain internal payment plans for students, reconciling posted payments and outstanding balances

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A bachelor's degree or higher in general business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- At least two (2) years of experience in accounting, reconciliation, and customer service
- Technical experience is required
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in higher education
- Experience with Banner, Workday, or other higher education applications
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
- Knowledge of customer service techniques
