      Debt Collection Supervisor

      The Opportunity

      Our EDF Business Solutions (EBS) Collections team are responsible for helping achieve debt reduction for both our Large and Mid-Market portfolio. We have a vibrant team with a wealth of knowledge throughout who are working hard to achieve our targets which relate to cash collection, total overdue balances and aged debt.

      We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and support our advisors and line managers to ensure we reach both our monthly and financial year-end targets.

      Your main office location will be Gadeon House in Exeter, EDF do support a hybrid model, however the expectation is to attend the office is once/twice per week.

      What you’ll be doing

      Responsibilities will include support for continual improvement, setting up coaching plans and listening to our advisors customer calls, as they manage our customers’ needs first hand we need to be confident the correct calls and emails are in place, providing feedback which will include identifying areas of strength and improvement to help the team work as efficiently as possible, the candidate will attend scheduled and ADHOC meetings with our customers and different departments to help and assist with their queries.
