      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the data champion for College Initiatives, specializing in college application processes and alumni data
      - Develop and share analyses on College Initiative programming, goal setting, and progress monitoring
      - Create innovative dashboards and data visualizations to inform programming decisions
      - Provide training and support for end-users on data visualizations and reports
      - Manage multiple surveys for the College Initiatives team, including design and analysis of results

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
      - 1-3 years of experience working with data
      - Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams
      - Intermediate expertise with Microsoft Excel
      - Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree in Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics
      - Experience as an analyst
      - Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
