What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead sales efforts for all products within the collision repair segment of the Automotive Aftermarket Division
- Implement sales programs and policies in alignment with supervisory guidance
- Determine effective priorities and call patterns for sales activities
- Support regional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales success
- Create business plans and provide solutions to meet customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution with two (2) years of sales experience in the Automotive Aftermarket industry, or a High School Diploma with six (6) or more years of sales experience
- A current and valid driver’s license
- Proven sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in financial acumen or related field
- Technical expertise in automotive repair
- Experience with digital solutions, such as inventory management systems
- Experience effectively demonstrating products to key stakeholders
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
